Each phrase from the Settlement shall be construed separately and in case a court docket or other system of knowledgeable jurisdiction decides that any Portion of The Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable then that element will be severed from the remainder from the Agreement, that can keep on in full drive and influence for the fullest ex
